What does being a Care Assistant involve?
* Supporting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, medication)
* Helping with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Assisting with appointments, shopping, and social activities
* Supporting people with specialist needs (e.g., dementia, autism, challenging behaviour)
* A genuine passion for helping others
* Willingness to travel between homes in the KT17 to KT23 area
* Right to work in the UK
* Valid enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one)
* Strong spoken and written English
* Reliable, trustworthy, and confident working independently

Contract Details
We offer zero hours and guaranteed hours contracts in some cases
Salary
We pay an enhanced half hourly rate
