The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Linsco, you'll be responsible for driving sales and delivering recruitment solutions across the construction sector.
Day-to-day you will:
1. Generate new business through proactive sales and outbound calls
2. Build strong relationships with construction clients and decision-makers
3. Source, attract, and place candidates into live site roles quickly
4. Manage vacancies from initial briefing through to successful placement
