What to Expect

* Free team meals every shift plus unlimited Chai.

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities

* At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a busy restaurant environment.
* Work in partnership with the General Manager to coach and develop team members.
* Act as the General Manager’s right arm, leading and ensuring smooth restaurant operations in their absence.
* Bring commercial insight and ideas to grow the business.
* Prioritise first‑class service, seek tough feedback, and collaborate with the General Manager to raise standards.
