Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Technician Location : Stadbroke, Eye Job Type : Full-time, Permanent Shifts : Monday to Friday Week 1: 6:00am - 2:15pm Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (alternating weekly) As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our Technical Team and help maintain the highest standards across our production site. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily quality and compliance checks across the site Inspect products at all stages of production to ensure they meet specifications Monitor and assess incoming raw materials for consistency and integrity Ensure shelf-life testing is completed, documented, and failures reported Complete and review production paperwork accurately Maintain retention samples in line with internal policies Calibrate testing probes as required Report any quality issues promptly to your line manager What We're Looking For: Experience in a QA role (essential) Food manufacturing experience (essential) Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred, not essential) Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team Good written and spoken English Ability to use initiative and work independently Flexible and adaptable to business needs Basic IT skills Confident, proactive, and keen to learn If you're passionate about quality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow with a business that values your input - we want to hear from you.
