VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a fast growing automobile wholesaler with the recruitment of a Sales Support Administrator to join their team based in Bangor. This is a Full-Time position. Monday - Friday. What's in it for you? £12.99 - £14.55 per hour Excellent working environment Responsibilities: Contact dealers to confirm car availability. Create and issue proforma invoices for customer payments. Record and receipt customer payments accurately. Carry out pre-purchase checks on vehicles. Add new deals to the sales tracker. Create deal files in SharePoint, saving all relevant details and paperwork. Share photos, invoices, and paperwork with customers. Liaise with supplying dealers to request documentation and check terms & conditions. Set up payments for management authorisation ahead of collection. Inspect vehicles on arrival at the office. Manage inbound post and handle outbound DHL correspondence. Keep internal systems updated to accurately reflect sales. Essential Criteria: Minimum Maths & English GCSE at grade C/4 or above. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). Strong presentation skills and a confident communicator. UK driving licence and own transport. Excellent organisational and multitasking ability. Proven administrative experience. Strong numerical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Desirable Criteria: Previous experience in a sales support environment. Understanding of what's required to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer service.
