Customer Service Advisor
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor working Monday to Friday on a full-time and permanent basis for a company based in Bromsgrove.
* Salary: £25,000 per annum
* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Location: Bromsgrove
* Birthday is given off as a free day of annual leave
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor who is looking to work within a busy team.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily contact with existing customers via email and telephone
* Processing orders, returns, and credits via Sage
* Working with the Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
* The ability to remain calm in a busy environment
* Adaptability and organisational skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Good speed while providing excellent Customer Service
* Excellent telephone manner
