The Role

You will be responsible for managing enquiries, understanding clients' travel aspirations, and transforming them into extraordinary, bespoke holidays.

Key Responsibilities
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through a consultative and relationship-led sales approach.
* Design and sell bespoke luxury holidays tailored to individual client requirements.
* Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth and premium clientele.
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey.
* Provide expert destination knowledge and luxury travel recommendations.
* Manage client bookings from initial enquiry through to travel completion.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
* Work closely with suppliers and travel partners to secure the best experiences and value for clients.
* Support colleagues and wider business initiatives whenever required.
* Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to help drive the continued growth and success of Savile Row Travel.
