Are you a qualified social worker looking to make a real impact? We are seeking a passionate and innovative individual to join our diverse and vibrant team on a part-time basis (28 hours per week). As part of our Centre of Excellence, you will be at the forefront of delivering a quality assurance and practice framework that develops workforce practice.
As a practice development officer, you will
* Model and promote high quality frontline practice,
* Support frontline managers and practitioners to embed our practice framework
* Support our quality assurance activities and disseminate learning outcomes, in an engaging and practical way.
You need to have
* A recognised social work qualification
* Extensive knowledge of social work and current legislation
* Passion about improving practice, with strong analytical skills and the ability to present information in accessible format.
* Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
