Are you a skilled CNC Turner looking to advance your career in a thriving engineering environment? We are seeking experienced machinists to join our clients production team, working on critical components for a fast paced industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and program CNC machines using Fanuc Manual Guide I.
Operate live tooling and milling equipment (Heidenhain experience is a plus).
Produce components to precise specifications and quality standards.
Interpret engineering drawings and apply geometric tolerances.
Use precision measuring tools including micrometres, verniers, plug gauges, and ring gauges.
Work with a variety of materials including Aluminium, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Titanium.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
Support training and development of others.
Requirements:
Time-served CNC Turner.
Experience in CNC machining and industrial engineering environments.
Strong understanding of tolerances, surface finishes, and measurement techniques.
Flexible and proactive approach to work, including willingness to work overtime.
Eagerness to learn new machining processes and share knowledge.
Working Hours:
We offer a variety of shift patterns including:
Standard Dayshift:
Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am-1:30pm
Rotating Shifts:
Dayshift: Monday-Thursday: 6:00am-2:30pm, Friday: 6:00am-12:00pm
Nightshift: Monday-Thursday: 6:00pm-3:30am
