Following a comprehensive induction programme, our Paid Search Junior Associates rapidly build a balanced portfolio of clients that vary by size and industry, and from there you will begin to work on campaigns for our globally‑renowned clients.
The Paid Search Junior Associate role is a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for being at the cutting edge of Media Marketing and a desire to work at a world‑leading Media Agency.
Responsibilities
* Innovative Campaign Assistance: Assist in the implementation of high quality, innovative campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
* Daily Quality Checks: Accurately complete quality checks to ensure we deliver world‑class campaigns for clients in line with strategy.
* Client Growth: Provide support across optimisation on client activity and support the team in client growth.
* Performance Analysis: Responsible for the generation of reports and insightful analysis on effectiveness of campaigns.
* Industry Trends: Keep up with what’s happening in media marketing and PPC; trend‑spotting for clients and staying up to date on relevant platform updates.
* Excellent Communication: Build relationships and communicate with clients, internal teams, media owners and industry partners.
* Data: Work with large sets of data from the beginning of your career, analyse in Excel and identify optimisation opportunities.
* Campaign Builds: Get a briefing from the client, advise on best practice, build from scratch or improve existing campaigns.
* Consultative Work: Foster strong professional relationships with clients, keeping in regular contact across email, phone and face‑to‑face meetings.
* Tools & Platforms: Become confident in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft Excel and other platforms through training.
* Happiness: Work in a super‑friendly and supportive team, prioritising employee happiness.
Training & Development
From your first day you will embark on an extensive training programme with in‑person and virtual classroom sessions, online training, workshops and a dedicated buddy who will support you alongside your manager and the Academy Team.
Qualifications
* A high level of numeracy and literacy, essential for an analytical and client‑facing role.
* Well‑developed logic, problem‑solving and reasoning skills, including an aptitude for data analysis.
* Ability to work under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team and stakeholders.
* Experience in Excel preferred, but not mandatory.
* A strong sense of professionalism, commercialism and deep respect for others.
* Completion of all relevant training and accreditation (e.g. Google, Microsoft).
