Youll be part of a small, friendly team, playing a critical role in keeping the Aftersales department running smoothly. This is a busy, hands-on admin role where youll work with engineers, sub-contractors, and customers to make sure jobs are raised, booked, processed, and closed off efficiently. What youll be doing * Raising jobs and purchase orders * Booking in engineer and sub-contractor visits * Liaising with customers and contractors by phone and email * Updating equipment and customer records in the CRM system * Invoicing completed jobs * Processing and chasing up warranty claims What were looking for 1.
