PMW Ltd are seeking an experienced and motivated Motor Trade Service Advisor to join our rapidly expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in the motor trade who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade (essential) Strong working knowledge of motor vehicles and the automotive industry Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident IT user – full training on internal systems will be provided Positive, can-do attitude and ability to adapt to various situations Full, valid UK driving license (manual) What You’ll Do: Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and excellent service Manage service bookings, updates, and follow-ups Liaise between customers and the workshop team Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records Ensure efficient use of IT software for all service processes What We Offer: 22 days’ paid holiday plus all major UK bank holidays Company pension scheme Secure on-site parking – free of charge Full training and development support A friendly, supportive working environment Please note: Only candidates with relevant motor trade experience will be considered.
