Job Details:
* Pay: £13.35 per hour (Attendance bonus available)
* Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 7.45 – 4.30, Friday 7.45 – 12.45
* Duration: Temp to Perm

Job Role: The Workshop Operative will be responsible for inspecting non-mechanical system scaffolding, shoring and groundworks equipment for defects, carrying out repairs including MIG welding, cutting, grinding, and manual or hydraulic straightening. Additional duties include linishing, fettling, heating metal using an oxyacetylene torch, and hammering steel into shape.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
* Experience using hand & power tools
* Manual handling
* Machine setting and operation experience
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
* Some knowledge of system scaffolding
* MIG Welding
* In-date FLT Licence
* C&G/NVQ qualification in an engineering discipline
