Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services to resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Maintain detailed and organised records of customer interactions within the internal system.
* Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend solutions to management.
* Support the team in meeting agreements and performance targets.
* Assist in onboarding new customers by providing guidance and answering initial queries.
* Contribute to a positive and professional customer service environment.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Customer Service Representative will have:

* Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
* Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing customer concerns.
* Competency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* An ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
* A commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
