About the role:
We’re hiring a Facilities Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term role – to cover maternity leave. Working as part of the HR Team, you’ll be responsible for the administration support of L&D and Talent activities – from scheduling learning and talent events and updating training records. You will also ensure that site facilities are fit for purpose and maintenance is competed in line with legal / mandatory requirements.

What does this role involve day to day?
1. Ensuring Global Learning Facilities are fit for purpose and maintenance is completed to legal standards
2. Coordinating internal and external training and learning events, including room logistics and materials
3. Managing course communications with learners and suppliers
4. Administering onboarding and induction processes
5. Responding to L&D and Talent queries and managing requests in line with SLAs
6. Ensuring smooth operation of L&D processes and accurate administration of records
7. Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers
8. Producing reports and managing L&D budgets
9. Raising purchase orders and receipting goods according to finance procedures
10. Providing support to the wider Global Talent Team when needed

11. You’re confident using multiple IT systems, including LMS platforms, and can produce and analyse data
