We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive long-established franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership based in the Cross Hands area. The successful HGV Fitter can expect an hourly salary of up to £18.50 per hour with working hours of: 42.5-hour Mon-Fri split shift rota: week one is 6:00am-2:30pm and week two is 2:00pm-10:30pm. Also, 1 in 2 Sat 7:00am-12:00pm paid at overtime. Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role. Benefits: Starting salary between £17-18.50 per hour, pending experience/qualifications Overtime paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half or double time, depending on the time of day. Performance-based quarterly bonus. Optional breakdown assistance van coverage on a 1 in 3/4 weekly rota offering massive financial benefits - £350 paid per shift with a £30 call out payment per call outside of shift hours and an enhanced hourly rate. 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. Option to increase at 5 years or have an additional £50 per month in pay. Full in-house and off-site manufacturer-approved training provided.
