Salesforce Architect

Hybrid working - Client is flexible on location with some travel to London
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Salesforce products, architecture best practices, and a strong ability to lead development teams and interface with stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
* Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
* Define technical strategy and architecture for Salesforce and related technologies (eg, MuleSoft, Heroku, APIs).
* Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data modelling.
* Guide technical teams in the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and data migration.
* Ensure the architecture supports non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, and compliance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
* Perform code reviews and mentor developers on Salesforce best practices.
* Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, roadmap, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Expereince with Salesforce platform development and architecture.
* Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
* Proven experience with Salesforce data modelling and integration patterns.
* Salesforce Architect certifications preferred (eg, Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).
* Experience with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with third-party tools like Conga, DocuSign, or Salesforce CPQ.
* Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
* Familiarity with data security and regulatory compliance (eg, GDPR, HIPAA).
