Role: Housekeeping Assistant
* Work as part of a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues with a positive, respectful approach
* Provide a high quality housekeeping service and demonstrate care and commitment to residents’ comfort and wellbeing
* Collaborate with a team to ensure residents are comfortable in their home
What skills do I need?
Teamwork is essential. Experience is not necessary as training and support are provided. The important qualities are caring, enthusiasm, energy, good communication, flexibility, kindness, and a genuine respect for older people and their needs.
