The Opportunity
This is a key hire within the commercial team, focused on driving new business growth and building long-term client partnerships.
You'll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from prospecting through to close — with the autonomy to develop your own pipeline and approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage a strong pipeline (3–5x target quota)
* Drive consistent new business activity (calls, meetings, outreach)
* Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close
* Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
* Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
* Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM management
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
About You
1. 5+ years' experience in a new business / BDM role
