About the Role
As a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, you will be an integral part of a caring and committed early years team. Working with children aged 4 months to 5 years, particularly those aged 2-5 years, you will help plan and deliver exciting learning experiences that nurture development and spark curiosity.

About You
* Hold a Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
* Have at least 3 years of experience working with young children, especially aged 2-5 years
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Be enthusiastic, reliable, and a positive team player
* Have a warm, caring nature and a passion for early childhood development
* Be excited to support outdoor learning in a beautiful natural environment
