We are now recruiting for a Vet Surgeon to join a successful first opinion small animal veterinary practice in Bury St Edmunds area of SUFFOLK
* excellent full time opportunity with no weekends and no OOH
* practice is modern and well equipped with digital x-ray and ultrasound, in-house laboratory, cat, dog and exotic wards, separate dental suite etc.
* caseload is a balance of medical and surgical cases with a wildlife fund to treat stray animals and wildlife.
* Clinic is Cat and Rabbit friendly
* experience in general practice is required and you will be confident with routine surgeries and consults.
* friendly, supportive and welcoming team that enjoy social activities together
* practice allows you to bring your dog to work
* two bedroom flat and a vehicle are available for you for the first 3 months
* CPD funding and certificate study supported.
* in beautiful location near to Bury St Edmunds with good transport links direct trains to Norwich in 20 minutes and beaches and forest nearby.
* Visa sponsorship available
Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* experience in general practice is required
* confident with routine surgeries and consults.
