As a Teacher of Business & Economics at Urmston Grammar School, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in Business Studies & Economics to students aged 14-16. You will contribute to the development of students’ understanding of business concepts and economic principles while supporting their academic progress and personal growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Economics, or related subject area
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students
- Knowledge of the Key Stage 4 curriculum for Business Studies
- Ability to plan lessons effectively and assess student progress accurately
- Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and collaborate within a team
