Smile Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of well-established and supportive secondary schools within a respected multi-academy trust in Nottingham.
The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task
Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
Creating a positive, focused, and inclusive learning environment
Gaining valuable experience in different school settingsThis role is ideal for those looking to build confidence in the classroom and develop skills for a future teaching career.
