A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Service Delivery Manager to support our TPA Liability Department. The skills you will have when you apply: Client Service Delivery or Operational Leadership: Deliver client operational and customer service requirements. Team Support: Support claims handlers, including 1-2-1 framework delivery. Goal Achievement: Set and achieve qualitative and quantitative goals (productivity, utilisation, SLAs/KPIs, ET). Client Interaction: Act as the key entry point for the client and Sedgwick's internal Client Director/Client Relationship Manager (CD/CRM). Experience of Liability claims in a TPA, Insurer or Solicitor is essential.
