We are recruiting in our Leeds Office for a Logistics Support Advisor.
The role aims to support logistics through accurate reporting, trending, analysis, process adherence, compliance management, and support for weekly closures and financial impacts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consolidate daily performance data from all sites, tracking and trending
* Manage and report delivery issues via team mailbox and calls
* Record and manage delivery failures and redeliveries
* Handle delivery charges and amendments
* Create and distribute daily/weekly reports
* Identify and escalate non-adherence issues, reporting progress
* Report on stock availability, shortages, and reasons
* Download weekly KPI reports
* Track vehicle live updates, delivery volumes, and timings
* Monitor vehicle fill rates and opportunities
* Coordinate with CSC on daily performance and adherence
* Monitor turnaround times at manufacturing sites and delivery points
* Ensure weekly system data availability
* Record and manage customer complaints
Shift Patterns:
* Rotating 5-day shifts over 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays
* Start and finish times vary between 7AM - 6PM
Qualifications and experience include:
* Claims or investigative experience
* Transport or delivery operational experience in FMCG logistics
* Stock management and systems background preferred
* Ability to generate effective reports and analysis
* Knowledge of the dairy industry is advantageous but not essential
* Working towards KPI targets
* Organized, detail-oriented, motivated, pragmatic, and objective
* Tenacious, influential, curious, and committed to continuous improvement
* Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
