Key Responsibilities
* Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to safety protocols.
* Engage with guests of all ages, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
* Lead poolside activities that enhance the guest experience.
* Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.

Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. You will be a vital part of our team!
If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry! If you can pass the Butlins swim test, we will provide you with the training needed to obtain your NPLQ qualification, setting you on the path to a rewarding career in lifeguarding.
