Field Service Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of plant and heavy equipment.
About the Role
* Service, repair and maintain plant and heavy equipment to manufacturer standards.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic and mechanical issues in the workshop and on-site.
* Use advanced diagnostic software and digital reporting tools to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
* Upsell service solutions to customers and generate leads with bonus incentives.
* Maintain high standards of safety, documentation and customer communication.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Plant, Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering.
* Strong experience in servicing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulics and electrical systems.
* Solid IT skills and ability to use digital diagnostic tools.
* Customer-first mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the region.
