Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver GCSE English lessons to a diverse learner cohort.
* Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Support learners to develop literacy, communication, and exam skills.
* Maintain accurate records of assessments, attendance, and learner progress.
* Contribute to curriculum planning and the continuous improvement of teaching resources.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure learners receive consistent support.
Person Specification
* Relevant teaching qualification and experience in delivering GCSE English.
* Strong knowledge of GCSE English curriculum and exam requirements.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Ability to motivate and support learners from diverse backgrounds.
