Your Responsibilities include:
* Driving growth and sustainability across the organisation’s social enterprises.
* Seek and develop opportunities for income growth and operational efficiencies.
* Produce and manage budgets.
* Work with the finance team to track financial performance and forecasting.
* Oversee day to day operations.
* Liaise with Health and Safety to mitigate risks.
You will need:
* Proven experience of managing social enterprises or purpose driven organisations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Experience of working in fast paced environments.
* Relevant experience in business management and leadership.
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
