Hours
Full time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30am – 6pm and Tuesday, Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm
About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining staff performance, while keeping track of the day-to-day running of the branch.
We're looking for someone who has excellent leadership and communication skills. The role will suit a strong team player who is good at problem solving and driven to achieve positive outcomes.
Day-to-day duties
* Dealing with customer requirements on a daily basis to achieve the best outcome
* Checking over all appraisals that have been carried out
* Keeping team's admin up to date with ongoing tasks
* Making sure all sale cars are correctly prepared
* Keeping track of staff productivity
* Keeping track of cars that arrive and leave site
Essential Skills And Requirements
* Leadership skills

* Strong communication skills
* Good problem-solving skills with ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to multi-tusk and prioritise workload
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Basic computer skills
* Full driving licence
Nice To Have But Not Essential
* Previous experience in the automotive auction industry
* NAMA grading experience
