The job is not a traditional receptionist role, we encourage staff to chat to our clients about their upcoming trips, take responsibility over the presentation of the front of house, work closely with the lead nurse, be active throughout the day problem solving and finally ensuring the smooth running of the clinic on a day to day basis.

* This role will suit someone who is: personable, well communicative, eloquent in both verbal & written communication, a self-starter, organised, motivated, passionate about their work, a team oriented worker and driven by the customer’s needs.
* A high standard of IT & Computer literacy is essential
* A high standard of communication competency (both verbal & written) is essential for communicating with clients & internal staff
* Ability to self manage & prioritise time effectively is essential
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite is desirable
* Experience of working in a clinical, customer services or reception role is desirable
Qualifications:
1. At least GCSE’s / Equivalent +
2. 1+ year in the professional full time workforce
