Job Description: Benefits, Compensation & Payroll Associate Director (Senior / Head / Lead level)
London, City (3 days in the office, 2 WFH)
Permanent, 35 hours per week
Management of 10-7 benefits team and 3 payroll staff across 22 countries; overseeing 2,000 global employees. Managing teams in the US, Jersey, and other EMEA locations. An entrepreneurial environment requiring flexibility and strategic thinking, with a focus on process improvement and challenging the status quo. Working within a firm experiencing growth through acquisitions.
Collaborate as part of the senior HR leadership, reporting to the Global Head of Rewards, aligning with the Group HR Director to meet strategic HR goals.
Manage outsourced benefits brokerage, including supplier relationships and performance management, with proven experience in this area.
Lead the global onboarding of ADP systems across all locations, requiring previous experience with ADP implementations worldwide.
Manage a global team of 10, including performance management and career development.
Drive transformational change, moving from manual, Excel-based processes to automated, digital solutions.
Support company growth by enhancing benefits offerings, working with stakeholders to improve employee experience related to attraction and retention.
Conduct market research, maintain external relationships, and stay informed on industry standards, policies, and legislation.
About you: 10+ years of experience managing benefits and payroll teams within professional or financial services firms.
Accounting qualification or a Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Strategic thinker with experience in change management and transformation.
Proven knowledge of global processes, with recent experience managing a global team.
Ability to work in London City offices, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (Monday & Tuesday in-office).
Eligible to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available for this role.
Experience supporting a firm through multiple annual pay cycles.
