📋 Duties & Responsibilities:

5. Assist clients with account questions, transactions, and issue resolution
6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
7. Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with financial regulations
8. Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary
