Supervising Social Worker
By The Bridge with Cambian is looking for a dedicated, proactive and forward‑thinking Supervising Social Worker to join our team. You will offer direct support to our families with a realistic caseload of 10‑12 families, working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure foster parents are fully informed, accept, understand and operate within regulations and national minimum standards.
You will be supported by a therapy team that offers reflective supervision, as well as our Education Advisors (EAGALs) who build upon the therapeutic parenting work carried out by our fantastic foster parents.
Responsibilities
* Offer direct support to families and manage a caseload of 10‑12 families.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of high‑quality care.
* Provide reflective supervision in collaboration with the therapy team.
* Collaborate with Education Advisors to supplement therapeutic parenting efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
* Desire to be a team player who wants to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and foster carers.
* Experience working in the fostering sector and/or children/young people in social care.
* Hold a formal social work qualification.
* Registered as a social worker with Social Work England.
* Valid driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK.
