You will have the ability to work positively and effectively within a team environment, und erstanding classroom roles and responsibilities. With support from the SENCo, class teacher and SLT, you will be responsible for implementing the day to day support of children as detailed in their EHCPs. Experience of working with and caring for children and good personal numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
