You will guide clients through each stage of the conveyancing process, maintaining regular communication and ensuring transactions progress smoothly. Responsibilities will also include drafting legal documentation, reviewing title deeds and acting in relation to lender requirements. There will also be the opportunity to support on related private client work such as wills and powers of attorney, broadening your overall skillset.
