Fixed term contract - HR Business Partner
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite per week)
Contract Type: Fixed Term (6 months)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £43,310 to £50,253
You will lead on strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, medical staffing, and organisational change, while also contributing to HR policy development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR and workforce plans.
* Lead large-scale change management and transformation projects.
* Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and clinical casework.
* Manage pay and reward schemes, talent matrices, and career development frameworks.
* Line manage HR staff and coordinate HR service delivery across departments.
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to policy development.
Person Specification
* Substantial HR experience in generalist or specialist roles.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, case management, and organisational change.
* CIPD Associate or Chartered Membership.
