FP&A Finance Manager
15 months FTC - based in London
About the role
Our Finance team currently has a 15 months FTC for a FP&A Manager to join CBRE Advisory UK business for a maternity cover.
The FP&A Manager supports the Finance team with the management and integrity of our Financial Planning and reporting System and delivery of forecasting and analytical tools across the division.
Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you will be expected to work closely with stakeholders across the Finance organisation, while also supporting the FP&A team with broader reporting and analytical requirements.
It is expected that the successful individual will have experience in:
* Building relationships with multiple stakeholders
* Working in a highly complex matrix structure
* Financial planning systems e.g. IBM planning Analytics/SAP BPC/Anaplan
* Advanced Excel
What you will be doing:
* Finance Business Partner to Corporate functions
* Revenue lead, consolidation of forecasts and analysis
* Preparation and submission of monthly revenue & profit flash to US
* Monthly and Quarterly Reporting Production both locally and globally
* Budget and Forecast schedule preparation and analysis
* Management and support of ad-hoc analysis
What you will need:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with at least 2 years PQE
* Analytical mindset who enjoys problem solving.
* Self-starter, with a proactive approach to their work.
* Collaborative in nature, building relationships with ease.
* Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate demands efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
