They are now seeking an experienced Joiner to join their Liverpool team, working across both occupied and void social housing properties. Key Duties Carry out all aspects of joinery repairs and maintenance Work on both reactive and planned works across tenanted and void properties Install, repair and maintain doors, skirting, architraves, kitchens, and general joinery components Deliver high-quality workmanship while representing the organisation professionally Engage directly with tenants/customers, ensuring excellent customer service Complete works safely and in accordance with health & safety guidelines Requirements NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent qualification (must be able to provide proof) Experience working within social housing or similar customer-facing maintenance roles CSCS card required for site work Full UK driving licence Must be clean shaven for the Face Fit No more than 6 points on licence; no alcohol/drug-related bans Strong communication and customer care skills Interested?
