Your Role:
Allocate and schedule appointments for gas repairs based on operatives' skills, location, and availability
Monitor and manage job scheduling systems, ensuring efficiency and real-time updates
Handle rescheduling of work to meet programme timelines and ensure customer satisfaction
Validate job data and maintain up-to-date records on internal systems
Act as a key contact for customers and clients, providing updates and resolving queries
Deliver an efficient response to operational challenges while meeting contract-specific targets
Support engineers and supervisors to achieve optimal service levels
What We Need from You:
A good standard of education
Previous experience in a call-handling or scheduling role
Ability to operate and manage computerised database/job management systems
Solid understanding of office processes and scheduling software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Analytical mindset and adaptability to manage change
