Supply Teacher : Randstad Education
Position: Supply Teacher (All Year Groups)
Location: Worthing
Hours: Flexible, Part:Time or Full:Time

About The Role
Randstad Education is seeking versatile and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to cover all year groups within primary schools across Worthing. This role offers the flexibility to work in different schools, delivering high:quality teaching and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular class teachers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across all primary year groups, from Early Years to Year 6.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
* Follow the schools curriculum and policies, ensuring seamless learning for students.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching across a range of primary year groups is highly desirable.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards teaching in varied settings.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students quickly.
* Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining high teaching standards.
