The Opportunity:
This is a 12-month FTC opportunity, with scope to extend or become permanent due to demand.
Due to growth, this well-established health-tech business is looking for an Onboarding Manager to assist clients through the post-sales experience before go-live!
You will manage the onboarding journey, working closely with sales, Account Management, technical implementation, and support to ensure a seamless experience for each client.
Be the calm, serene presence above water, while managing multiple projects below the surface!
Handling 10–20 active projects simultaneously, you will be the main contact, project manager, and calming influence, guiding clients from sale to go-live without stress or friction.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in project management, customer onboarding, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.
* Proven success in managing customer relationships and delivering projects on time.
* Experience with change management and driving customer adoption of new technologies.
* Strong project management skills with tools like Jira, Hubspot, LMS platforms, or similar.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
* Experience working within the dental space is a plus.
