Established in 2008, Ward Property Services is a busy, family run, property maintenance company based in Wallington, Surrey. We provide Estate Agents and Landlords with property services and refurbishments across South West London & Surrey.
Due to ongoing expansion we are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorators to join our team.
SELF EMPLOYED required for various projects Surrey / South London locations (We cover approx 10 mile radius from Sutton Greater London - SM1)
Requirements
* Own VAN (NOT Car) & Tools
* 10 Years + Painting & Decorating Experience
* MUST HAVE: Lining / Wallpaper Hanging experience
* Patch plastering experience preferred
* Handyman experience preferred (removing and refitting curtain poles etc)
* Able to send photos and daily updates by email from own smartphone
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Must live locally to Sutton / Reigate
* Friendly & Flexible attitude
* UTR number / CIS
* References
£150 - £190 per day (dependent on experience) subject to CIS deduction
