Your Role
As a key player in our team, you will:
* Provide exceptional service to our clients
* Manage client and contractual relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies
* Drive hospitality operations to exceed customer expectations
* Generate new sales leads and encourage revenue growth across the department
* Review business performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets
* Demonstrate commercial value to your team and leadership, aligning with our vision and strategy
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has hospitality management experience and a proven ability to lead teams
* Can work within brand guidelines to achieve results
* Has experience in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets
* Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills
* Has a track record of growing sales and retaining business
* Comes from a foodservice or similar background
* Has previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility
* Can effectively communicate with senior stakeholders
* Demonstrates strong commercial awareness
* Is I.T. and computer literate
