The Macs Farm is seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator to provide essential support across our camping operations, with a particular emphasis on customer service and administrative support.
This role demands a confident communicator with an excellent positive telephone manner, a meticulous eye for detail, extraordinarily organised and a real knack for keeping systems running smoothly.
We are looking for a special person who can support with manual and IT systems and proactively plan ahead.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration
· Update and maintain our booking systems and databases with high accuracy
· Handle daily email correspondence and inbound telephone enquiries professionally
· Manage bookings and documentation
· Liaise with suppliers and clients to follow up on pending admin items
· Organising, filing, maintaining and archiving records and files
Customer Service & Communications
· Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and bookings
· Provide clear, friendly and efficient support to customers, guests and event clients
· Assist with pre-visit communications, welcome packs and feedback follow-ups
Systems & Digital Tools
· Confidently manage Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for admin tasks and reporting
· Support ticketing system creation, edits and monitoring alongside our website team
Operational Support
* Assist in camping, and event planning admin including booking utilities, updating stallholder databases, issuing invoices
* Provide weekly support with printed materials and communication packs
Requirements
· Strong customer service and telephone skills with a professional manner
· Exceptional organisational and time management capabilities
· IT literate and comfortable navigating, Microsoft tools, and project planning systems
· Adaptable and capable of managing tasks efficiency and proactively

* Ditchling, BN6 8GT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
