About the Role:Driver Hire Grimsby & Scunthorpe is recruiting for a physically demanding warehouse role with one of our valued local customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to secure a long-term position in a busy warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manual Handling & Stock Movement: Lifting, stacking, and relocating packed goods.
2. General Warehouse Duties: Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and safe.
3. Forklift Operation: Advantageous but not essential – training may be provided for the right candidate.
4. Saw Operation: Training available for suitable candidates.
What We’re Looking For:
5. Physical Fitness: You’ll be on your feet all day and handling heavy items.
6. Reliability & Punctuality: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
7. Team Player: Able to work well with others to meet daily targets.
8. Attention to Detail: Careful handling and accurate labelling of stock.
9. Experience: Previous warehouse or manual labour experience is preferred but not essential.
