As a Teaching Assistant & Intervention Lead, you will support our ethos of ensuring excellence for all by providing learning support to all our students, especially our most vulnerable students and those with an Educational Health and Care Plan.
We are looking for a candidate who will be able to combine in-class support with delivering, tracking, and evaluating tailored learning activities outside the classroom. They will work closely with SENCos and teachers to run literacy, numeracy, or social-emotional interventions, for small groups or individuals, aiming to improve academic attainment and independence.
