The Best Connection is now recruiting ADHOC Cat C Driver to support our client during peak periods in the Horley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers looking to boost income with flexible, ongoing work in the Logistics Distribution, and Supply Chain sector.
Shift Details:
* Start Time: 06:00 AM
* Finish Time: Approx. 15:00 PM
* Days: Tuesday to Saturday
Job Overview:
* Deliver drinks and barrels to businesses using a Cat C vehicle.
* You'll work alongside a drivers mate to assist with unloading - some manual handling involved.
* Routes will cover various UK locations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily vehicle checks (pre- and post-operation) ensuring safety and compliance.
* Follow a set delivery schedule, liaising with dispatch for efficient routing.
* Ensure all deliveries are made professionally and safely, adhering to company and industry standards.
Requirements:
* Valid Category C Licence
* CPC Qualification
* Digital Tachograph Card
* A positive attitude and willingness to work flexibly over the summer
