What You’ll Be Doing
* Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, and other digital channels.
* Email Marketing: Build and manage targeted email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and Clarity, delivering actionable insights to improve ROI.
* Technical Implementation: Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to manage tracking via Google Tag Manager and implement HTML-based email templates and landing pages.
* SEO & Competitor Analysis: Use tools like Semrush to support organic growth and competitive benchmarking.

What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in a performance-focused role.
* Strong understanding of paid media channels and email marketing best practices.
* Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and data visualisation.
* Comfortable working with tracking tags, pixels, and basic HTML.
* Proactive, curious, and results-oriented.
