What you’ll be doing
as a Project Administrator – 9 months Maternity Cover
1. Project and office administration.
2. Coordinate activities across the team, provide & deliver reports, presentations & analysis of data to support meetings.
3. Provide support functions across the Delivery Office through the continual delivery of effective reports and support processes.
4. Support delivery through progress tracking and reporting.
5. Arrange and facilitate meetings, taking minutes and follow up on actions.
6. Raising purchase orders and assisting with the buying and payment team.
7. Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
8. Support the delivery of excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
9. Provide onboarding processes for new starters.
10. Assist with Health and Safety reporting and safety training activities across the team.
Location – Reading Clearwater Court Office – Hybrid 3 days a week
36 hours a week

12. Experience working within a delivery-focused team.
13. Good understanding of project delivery processes.
14. A self-starter with a methodical and analytical approach.
15. Excellent communicator externally and internally. (Written, verbal, presentation skills)
16. Open and honest style, with an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
17. Ability to mentor & transfer skills to others.
18. Good understanding of customer expectations and our customer base.
19. Working knowledge and Intermediate level of Office IT Systems. (including MS Office (Excel, Word), MS Outlook E-mail)
20. Problem solving, decision making in relation to planning tasks.
21. Database administration experience, including data entry and basic reporting.
22. Additional skills and experiences would be great to have/bring:
23. SAP / CRM experience would be ideal.
